What Held Up

I didn’t end this year chasing a better version of myself. I ended it learning how to stay.

Stay with the work when it got quiet.

Stay with people who didn’t need me to perform.

Stay with my body long enough to hear what it was asking for.

Stay when leaving would’ve been easier.

This year didn’t ask for reinvention. It asked for honesty.

Less proving. More presence.

Fewer declarations. Better decisions.

I’m not entering a new year with a plan to become someone else. I’m carrying forward what held up. I’m letting go of what didn’t.

No reset. No resolution.

Just continuity. Just attention.

Just a little more trust in what’s already working.

I Remain,
